The ski area of Finkenberg is in the Austrian Alps at an altitude of 2,756ft, with 89 miles of marked runs.

Finkenberg is part of the Tux - Finkenberg ski area with access to 141 miles of downhill skiing, with 24 marked pistes, served by a total of 59 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Finkenberg itself (89 miles of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Tux - Finkenberg ski resort of Hintertux.

With ski lifts as high as 10,761ft, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.

The Finkenberg ski area features stunning slopes with elevations reaching up to 3,250 meters. Notable pistes include the blue-marked 'Finkenberger Almbahn' and the challenging 'Penken.' The resort is served by efficient lifts such as the Finkenberger Almbahn and the Penkenbahn, ensuring smooth access to the slopes.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Finkenberg is Bolzano, 48 minutes drive away.

Innsbruck Airport, Munich, Salzburg and St. Gallen-Altenrhein airports are all within three hours drive.

Bolzano and Innsbruck Airport are just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Finkenberg is easily accessible via major transport routes. The nearest airports are Innsbruck and Munich, both offering convenient connections to the resort.

Usual opening is early December, and usual closing is Mid April.
