The Italian Ski Resort of Bruneck-Kronplatz is part of the Dolomiti Superski area with access to 882 miles of downhill skiing, with 668 marked pistes, served by a total of 488 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Bruneck-Kronplatz itself (65 miles of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Dolomiti Superski ski resorts of Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm, Alta Badia, Alta Pusteria, Arabba, Civetta, Cortina d`Ampezzo, Marmolada, Obereggen, Predazzo, San Martino di Castrozza, San Vito di Cadore, Val Gardena, Val di Fassa, Val di Fiemme and Valle Isarco.

With ski lifts as high as 7,464ft, snow cover is generally reliable.

Plan de Corones has a half-pipe with FIS dimensions located at the bottom end of the Plateau slope on the Valdaora side. The pipe is 100 metres of length, 15 metres in width from wall to wall and has a height of 3.5 metres and an average incline of 18 - 20°. The half-pipe has competition dimensions and was used for the FIS Snowboard World Cup Finals in 1999. The facilities, outside competitions, are available for all snowboard enthusiasts
