Please inform Hotel Yumeshizuku in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Please inform the property at least 2 days prior to arrival if you have any food allergies or dietary needs. Please inform the property directly by the day before your arrival if you want a children's meal served for your child. At an extra cost, the property can serve either a standard children's lunch meal, or a children's kaiseki-style course meal. Please note that children cannot stay in the Deluxe Twin Room and Suite with Open-Air Bath. Dinner is served at 18:00, 18:30, 19:00 or 19:30. In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that the property will undergo renovation work on the following dates: 24 August 2023 to 22 December 2023. During this period, guests are not able to stay at the property. Currently, Hotel Yumeshizuku's public bath is only available for indoor bath, sauna, and cold bath. The open-air public bath is currently unavailable for use. (You can use the open-air bath in your room.)
