Skiing

La Massana gives direct access to the Vallnord Pal–Arinsal ski area, composed of two linked sectors: Pal and Arinsal. Skiing is served from the town by the main gondola (Telecabina La Massana–Pal) which takes visitors up to the Pal network and connects with Arinsal’s lifts and pistes. The two sectors together provide a varied piste profile from gentle beginner runs to steeper reds and blacks, with well-marked linking pistes between sectors. Key on-mountain infrastructure centers around the Pal gondola base and the lift network in Arinsal; piste maintenance and signage make the area straightforward to navigate.

La Massana offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.

Snowboarding

Snowboarding enthusiasts will appreciate the terrain parks found in the Vallnord area, particularly the 'Park La Massana'. These parks offer jumps, rails, and other features tailored for all levels of riders.
