Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 1000 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. A security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival for incidental charges, therefore a credit card must be placed on file with owner prior to the check-in date. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. After creating your reservation, the homeowner will email your apartment instructions and rental agreement. Your email reply will confirm your receipt and will complete your reservation. Note that no smoking and no pets are aloud in these rentals.

The home offers unobstructed mountain views from every room, has 2 fireplaces and heated parking facilities. Please note: This home is ideal for groups of 6 – 14 guests.
