This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Since this unit is part of a duplex, there can be some noise transfer from unit to unit. As such, please respect our quiet hours policy of 10PM to 8AM daily. There is an additional dog fee, (2 pets max) - $85 for one, $170 for two. - please message us prior to booking if you have any questions. We're sorry but cats are not allowed due to Homeowner's allergies. Also, please no dogs under 6 months. Note: under no circumstances can you leave your pet(s) unattended at the property - there are doggy day care/ dog boarding options or take your pet with you! Violations of this may be met with a $100 fine or we may ask you to check-out early. Must climb stairs to get to 2 of the bedrooms. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
