Spacious accommodations at The Resort on Cocoa Beach are furnished with fully equipped kitchens, plasma-screen TVs, washers and tumble dryers. Guests can also enjoy a game room, shuffleboard, and indoor children's play area. The resort also features an on-site cinema.

The property will be closed for annual maintenance from 17 September 2022 to 8 October 2022. Master bathroom renovations in select guestrooms will take place from 3 December 2022 to 17 December 2022.
