The Southwest Stairwell (beside 10 stack) is scheduled for Sep 2024 and the Northeast Stairwell (beside 1 stack) is scheduled for Oct 2024. The building Cape Winds, which is the neighboring property, is undergoing a concrete restoration project so guests on the south side of the Canaveral Towers building might hear some noise while outside. Our rates have been adjusted for the inconvenience and please reach out with specific questions or updates on the status of work underway.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
