The air-conditioned rooms and apartments offer tea/coffee making facilities and an en suite bathroom. The refurbished rooms in the converted barn are spacious and modern and they can be booked as separate ensuite rooms or a 2-bedroom apartment.
Lupton Lodge is 15 minutes’ drive from Whangarei, and 25 minutes’ drive from Whangarei Airport. Whale Bay and Whangaumu Bay are each a 20-minute drive away. The property is set on tranquil and rural grounds, surrounded by historic stone walls. The guest accommodation sits adjacent to the orchard and paddocks.
Guests can enjoy picking fruit in the orchard, or exploring the gardens and lifestyle farm. The guest lounge is the perfect place to read a book or play a game of billiards. Free parking is available on site.

Located on the bottom floor of a converted barn, this spacious modern studio has a kitchenette, en suite bathroom and private patio area with BBQ. Please note that children cannot be accommodated in this room.

Located in a converted barn, this refurbished apartment consists of 2 spacious modern rooms with an interconnecting door.
