Guests at Kanko Toya can relax in a public hot spring bath, or rent a private one with an indoor and outdoor bath. The hotel has a Japanese stone sauna, a playroom for children and a games corner. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available.

Public hot spring baths inside a cave are available from 13:00 until 23:00. Saunas at these spas are available until 22:00.
The hotel's free shuttle service from JR Toya Station begins at 14:00. Guests who wish to take the shuttle must make a reservation in advance (subject to availability). Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
