Important Information
Please inform The Promenade Luxury Wellness Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The Spa is open every day, including holidays, from 10.00 to 21.00. Entrance to the wellness center lasts two hours. Reservation is required. Access to children under 16 is not permitted. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 50.00 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 6 kilos. Children aged 16 and under are not allowed in the spa.
