There's a garden of 8000 m².
A breakfast basket with fresh ingredients is delivered to the apartment daily, Villa Antica Colonia boasts an outdoor area with a hydromassage mini-pool & counter-current swimming and sun loungers, and a brand new splendid private indoor SPA with wood-burning fireplace and access reserved for the couple upon reservation. Treat yourself to two hours of total relaxation in the sauna, hammam, hydromassage tub or let yourself be pampered with our personalized massages and treatments in the new Health & Beauty area.
All accommodation features free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a kitchen with dishwasher with product kit. It also features a toaster, kettle and a shared washing machine with products, dryer and iron.

Villa Antica Colonia is located 4 km from Orta San Giulio and 58 km from Milan Malpensa Airport. The two restaurants in the village are located a few steps from the Villa. The small marina “Punta di Crabbia” from which ferries leave for Orta San Giulio can be reached on foot.

Kyra sauna by Hafro, where the transparency of the crystal, the light diffused by the internal lamp and the precious woods, instill well-being and bring back the purest Finnish tradition, restoring harmony and serenity to the body and mind.
G-Steam hammam by Hafro: multi-climate Turkish bath with shower, chromotherapy and aromatherapy..here regeneration and deep relaxation are at first place.
Minerva mini-pool by Hafro: tub with Whirpool Airpool hydromassage system (micro-air bubbles from the nozzles at the bottom of the tub + water and air jets from the side nozzles) and chromotherapy...enjoy the bubbles of the hydromassage and to float lightly wrapped in the heat of the burning wood in the fireplace.
Shower area, equipped with a splendid stainless steel shower head with two separate functions: rain jet, to be used before the Turkish bath and sauna to relax the muscles and prepare the skin by dilating the pores; waterfall with cold water jet to be used after Turkish bath and sauna.
