Set in a 1920 building in the centre of Locca, Casa Rosella is a family-run accommodation only 2.5 km from Lake Ledro. The surrounding area is ideal for excursions, trekking and biking.
Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. A set of bed linen costs EUR 5 per person, towels EUR 5 per person. Heating is available from 22 October 2022 to 7 April 2023 on request and is charged at the end of the stay according to consumption.
