Please inform Appartamento Bellavista in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that heating is not included and will be charged EUR 15 per day when used from 29 March to 14 October. Towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of 5€/each shower towel and 2€/each face or bidet towel or bring their own.
