Villa Teto is set 4 km from the village of Lappato and a 15-minute drive from Capannori A11 Motorway Exit. It boasts an outdoor swimming pool, a shaded patio with table and chairs, and a spacious garden.
The villa features a large living/dining area with TV, sofa and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher and microwave, and one of the bathrooms with spa bath. It has wood-beamed ceilings and rustic furnishings.
Free parking is provided on site. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.
