A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Key collection for stays of 1 to 6 nights: - Arrival at 17:00 - Departure at 10:00 Reception opening hours: July / August : Saturday from 7:00 to 23:00. Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 20:00. Friday from 9:00 to 22:00 September to June : Saturday from 8:00 to 21:00. Monday to Thursday and Sunday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Please note that these reception hours can be subject to change. Please contact the residence before arrival for more specific information. The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 dishcloth and 1 bottle of washing up liquid. The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow case. Housekeeping at the end of your stay is also included (except the kitchen). Please note that guests are required to clean the kitchen. Please note that any modification may incur a fee.
