This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Résidence Pierre & Vacances Antarès in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Reception opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Friday and Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 - Saturday: 08:00 to 21:00. Prices include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), TV, bed linen, WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, reading e-mail and research), towels, 1 cleaning kit (to be left at the apartment), end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and the washing up). For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person. Check-in is at 17:00 and check-out is at 10:00. For an extra cost, you will be able to choose the floor and the number of your accommodation. Please call the property in advance to organise this.
