Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Piscine #1 is closed from Mon 30 Sept 2024 until Tue 01 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are requested to contact the property after booking for information regarding their stay, including reception opening hours, services available for an extra fee and activities available in the surrounding area. Guests requiring accommodation adapted for reduced mobility are asked to contact the property after booking. Payment is only possible by Visa or MasterCard. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. City tax to be paid on site on arrival . A damage deposit will be required on arrival. Please note that only 1 pet per accommodation is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day. All bathers must wear swimwear (traditional swim briefs, one or two-piece swimsuit). For hygiene reasons, long wetsuits, swimming shorts, and more generally all loose clothing, are prohibited. The pool area is prohibited for people dressed other than in the swimsuits mentioned above.
