Please note if you are travelling using a satellite navigation system, then please use the postcode HP18 9UP which will bring you to a point on Menmarsh Road, Smith's Lane is a little bit further on. Turn down Smith's Lane and follow all the way along until you reach a green gate. Press the silver button on the gate and staff will open the gates and this will lead you to the farm. Please note, guests planning to arrive after 20:00 from Monday until Saturday must inform the property prior to arrival using the Special Request box. Check-in on Sunday must be made before 19:00. Please note that the property only offers accommodation on a self-catering or room only basis.

King Room (Double, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
A superior luxury king bedroom with en suite facilities. The room also offers views over the courtyard and its own freestanding copper roll-top bath. This accommodation is available on a room-only basis.

A deluxe double bedded lodge. It has its own lounge area and bathroom with shower. Views are onto the courtyard and the farm. Please note this room has a kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and cooking utensils.

A superior luxury king with en suite facilities. Views are over the courtyard and surrounding land and the bathroom comes with a freestanding bath with views. This accommodation is available on a room-only basis.
