The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Valid phone number and a complete mailing address is required, otherwise, the reservation will be canceled immediately. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. The agreement must be sent within 48 hours after the booking was made. Minimum age requirement for primary guest must be met for rental of multiple rooms or full house rental as stated in the rental agreement.
