You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Outdoor Swimming Pool at SOG is closed from Tue 05 Mar 2024 until Sat 29 Jun 2024 Outdoor Swimming Pool at SOG is closed from Sat 31 Aug 2024 until Sun 29 Jun 2025 A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the Front Desk Reception (check-in and out), will be temporarily located on the main floor near the entrance door, to the right side of the main entrance due to ongoing renovations.
