In 2013, this 400-year-old farmhouse was completely rebuilt with natural materials, and some of the wood of the old farm house was reused for the interior. The closest restaurant is located 100 metres from Gut Fürthermoar, and a grocery shop can be reached in 10 minutes' walk. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning.

The garden includes barbecue facilities and a playground for children. A ski storage room and free private parking are available on site. Hiking and biking trails start right at the doorstep

Zell am See can be reached in 7 minutes by car, and the Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course is located 3 km from the Fürthermoar Gut.
