Summary
Vogel is part of the Bohinj ski area with access to 37 miles of downhill skiing, with 92 marked pistes, served by a total of 55 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Vogel itself (16 pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Bohinj ski resorts of Bled, Kobla, Kranjska Gora, Krvavec, Soriska Planina and Stari Vrh.

How to get there
By Air
The nearest airport to Vogel is Ljubljana, 63 minutes drive away.
Klagenfurt, Trieste, Graz, Zagreb and Salzburg airports are all within three hours drive.
Ljubljana is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Usual opening is mid December, and usual closing is Early April.
