Boasting a spa bath, Swan House is set in Palm Springs. This holiday home has a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Outdoor dining is also possible at the holiday home.

Important Information

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. During October to April, if you'd like the pool heated there would be a $80.00 fee per day. Unlike other systems you can also heat the spa independently from the pool, and the fee for that would be $25.00 per day. One thing to note is that you don't have to heat the pool every daty if you don't want. We also have a pool cover to help maintain the heat. The heating hours would be from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. To heat the jacuzzi, you can do so from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. We can talk about this further when you book if you'd like. Thank you very much. Managed by a private host
