Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please inform Hotel Rosamar Maxim 4*- Adults Only in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Drinks are not included in meal plans. Please note, once check-in has been made, in case of cancellation or modification, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded. At the time of confirming the reservation you will receive an e-mail with a link asking you to pay for the first night or the full amount depending on the rate booked. The payment must be not later than the following 24 hours. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. Covered parking: EUR 25 from 17.05 to 24.09 and every Saturday during the season. Rest of days 20EUR. For those who booked Halfboard, the dinner will be served Rosamar Es Blau or Rosamar & Spa, depending on availability. Please note that from the 2024 season the Rosamar Maxim will be an Adults Only for +21 guests.
