This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. IMPORTANT: UNTIL YOU REACH THE ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING WHERE THE ELEVATOR IS LOCATED, THERE IS A FLIGHT OF STAIRS WITH MORE THAN 30 STEPS. A surcharge of €30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Towels: €4 (per person) per stay [Please contact the property before arrival for rental.] When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €9 per pet, per night applies.
