Please call the staff on arrival into the city on the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation email and a representative will meet guests at the apartment. If for any reason, the expected time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the property staff as soon as possible.

On arrival:

Guests must pay the remaining amount of their stay in cash. A member of staff will accompany guests to their apartment and supply them with all the necessary information for their stay. Guests will be supplied with 2 sets of keys.

The following surcharges apply to arrivals at weekends, on public holidays and after 20:00:

From 20:00 until 00:00 – EUR 35

From 00:00 until 03.00 – EUR 50

Saturday, Sunday or public holiday: EUR 35

Saturday, Sunday or public holiday from 00:00 until 03.00: EUR 50

Check-out:

Guests must leave their apartments at 11:00 although it is recommended that they are prepared to leave between 09:00 and 10:00. A member of staff will visit to check the condition of the apartment, collect the keys and return the total deposit in the case of the apartment being in an acceptable condition. If the apartment is not vacated until after 11:00, an extra night will be charged.

City tax rate can vary, depending on the day reservation was made.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
