Please note that snow chains may be required to safely reach us by car. There is an additional charge for check-in and check-out outside reception hours, and all such requests must be confirmed by the property.

The location of Smrekowa Polana Resort & Spa provides easy access to Zakopane's top attractions. Zakopane Aquapark is just 1 km away, the Gubałówka cable car is 1.8 km away, and from the train station (600 m), buses depart to all the key spots where mountain trails begin.

Please note that in winter season tire chains may be required when reaching the property by car.

A 50,- PLN surcharge applies for check-in and check-out outside reception working hours. All requests must be confirmed by the property.

During the Easter holiday breakfast will cost 100 PLN for an adult and 70 PLN for a child.

Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.

The facility does not provide regular services such as room service. You can order additional cleaning, price list at the reception.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
