A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Direct online banking payments can be made. Details will be received 14 days prior to arrival. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Please note that this property will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests including children and infants. Please note that when booking for 4 guests, you will have access to 2 bedrooms only. When booking for 5 or more guests you will have access to the third bedroom.
