The property is bordered by a small river with many safe swimming spots where you can do gemstone gathering, gold panning, kayaking in the swimming hole or walk by the river.

It comes with a spacious living area/dining area, kitchen and an en suite bathroom. Please note that there is two spare single beds located in the lounge area and bathroom access is through the bedroom.
Two-Bedroom Cottage (Bungalow, Sleeps 6, 1 Bathroom)
This period cottage features a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, an oven with a stovetop and kitchenware. The cottage is adjacent to a garden with a barbecue area.
Chalet (Sleeps 4, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This cozy 2-storey chalet includes a small balcony with a BBQ and native bush views. Guests can hear the sound of the river. It Includes a kitchenette, a main bedroom downstairs and a smaller bedroom upstairs. Please note that the stairs to the loft bedroom are steep - not suitable for young children.
Dormitory Room with a Separate Shared Bathroom and Kitchen (Sleeps 6, 1 Bedroom)
This basic family room features polished wooden floorboards, a TV, refrigerator and an electric kettle. Guests have access to a separate shared bathroom and a kitchen/dining area a little walk away.
