Just opposite the new marina and the beaches, Residence Villa Livia is in San Vincenzo, along the Tuscan coast. It offers air-conditioned apartments, some equipped with a balcony overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. WiFi is free throughout.

Please inform Residence Villa Livia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. There is no 24h reception. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. For arrivals on Saturdays, check-in is from 17:00 until 19:00 while check-out is from 8:00 to 10:00. Please note, 1 pet per apartment is allowed. Check-in no later than 23:00 and in any case from 20:00 to 23:00 requires an extra charge of € 20.00 and must be arranged with the property.
