This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that families who normally live in these rooms and apartments move out during your stay. You will receive the exact address of the accommodation separately by email from the room agency, along with necessary information about your stay. Upon arrival, the keys will be handed over to the guests in the apartment/house booked. The amount of the the deposit depends on the type of apartment booked. 1 room apartment = 100,- EUR 2 room apartment = 200,- EUR 3 room apartment = 300,- EUR 4 room apartment = 400,- EUR The deposit will be handed over to the landlord in cash on the day of arrival. The deposit will be handed back on the day of the departure when the keys are returned.
