Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In case of late arrival, please contact the reception before arrival to obtain the access codes. The deposit can also be paid by cheque. City tax is due upon arrival. Please note that high chairs, is available due to availability and upon request. Optionnal services to be paid on site : -bed linen rental : EUR 8 per person – towels rental : EUR 8 per person – baby bed : EUR 15 per stay – baby high chair : EUR 5 – baby bed + high chair kit : EUR 25 per stay. One pet is allowed in each accomodation and can be accommodated for EUR 50 per week. Security Deposit for animals: 400€ per animal
