This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 30 Sept 2024 until Fri 23 May 2025 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 29 Sept 2025 until Fri 22 May 2026 A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Willingcott is a brand-new luxury development. Please note there is still some limited work ongoing with a full completion date of June 2024. Noise will be minimal and during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. The Willingcott team are onsite to ensure your holiday runs smoothly. 2 pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £25 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
