The Ness House Hotel is a Georgian property, built in 1810, on the outskirts of Shaldon village overlooking the Teign Estuary and only a stone’s throw from the beach.

This room is situated above the restaurant and has stunning views of the Teign estuary from the balcony. There is a super king-size bed and a large bathroom with a free standing copper bath and a separate shower. There is a flat-screen TV in both the bathroom and bedroom.

This superior double rooms all have a super king-size bed, sea view with a balcony and an en-suite shower room. You will also find tea/coffee making facilities, a Smart TV and radio. A hairdryer and ironing board are available upon request. There is also a Family room option, subject to availability with a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children plus a baby cot.
