Situated on Eastbourne's seafront, this friendly, family-run guest house has free WiFi throughout the property and free parking. The property is opposite Military Fortress and Pavilion Tea Gardens and the town centre is a 10-minute walk away.

The room has sloping ceilings and the head height is restricted in areas. This room is for 2 adults only - no children or babies can be accommodated in this room type. This room can only be accessed via 2 flights of stairs.
Double Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This room features a kingsize bed and is situated at the rear of the building, on the ground floor. It is a bright and airy room with a large bay window looking out to the car park and houses at the back. It also has an en suite shower, wash basin and toilets. Please note: This room is adults only
