Jet2 Launch New Flight Route from Stansted To Innsbruck This Winter

Jet2.com has added a new ski route for Winter 26/27, with flights to Innsbruck now on sale from London Stansted. The weekly Saturday service will operate from 19 December through 10 April 2027.
The launch expands Jet2.com's Winter 26/27 ski offering from London Stansted, which already includes Chambery, Geneva, Grenoble and Salzburg. Innsbruck provides quick access to numerous major resorts, with ski slopes located close to the airport itself. From the Tyrolean capital, travellers can reach the Nordkette ski area in around 20 minutes, one of more than a dozen resorts covered by the Innsbruck CityPlus pass. Further afield, options include Seefeld, Mayrhofen, St Anton, the Stubai Glacier and many others.
Ciaran Brannigan, London Stansted's Commercial Director, said: "Innsbruck is one of Europe's most popular winter sports destinations and this new service will give our passengers even more choice when planning a ski holiday. The route further strengthens Jet2.com's winter programme from London Stansted and provides convenient access to some of Austria's best-known resorts throughout the ski season."
Jet2.com says its ski programme has grown by 30 percent compared with Winter 25/26. For Winter 26/27, the airline will serve eight airports near popular ski regions, Chambery, Geneva, Grenoble, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Lyon, Turin and Verona, from a dozen UK bases: Belfast International, Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, London Gatwick, London Luton, Manchester, Newcastle International and London Stansted. Jet2.com flights includes a 10kg hand‑baggage allowance, with 22kg hold luggage and 22kg ski carriage available at additional cost.
