Michael Schumacher Condition Now 'Critical' After Accident in Meribel

Michael Schumacher's condition is reported to have deteriorated and is now being described as 'critical' following an accident whilst skiing in Meribel yesterday.Initial reports yesterday indicated that he struck his head on a rock in a fall. He was apparently wearing a helmet and was conscious when help arrived.
Initially airlifted to Moutiers and then transferred to Grenoble hospital latest reports say he is a coma following brain surgery and his condition is now described as Critical.
