Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Equinoxe by Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 05 Sept 2023 until Mon 01 Jul 2024 A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For ecological and safety reasons, only ecological logs are permitted in the fireplace. A CAD 500 penalty will be imposed if other materials are burned in the fireplace. Two ecological logs are provided free of charge during your stay. You can buy other ecological logs at the Château Beauvallon reception desk. The use of the fireplace is the customer's responsibility. A burning fireplace should never be left unattended. Using fireplace is permitted only between mid-October to early May. All units are equipped with a BBQ during the summer season from May 1 to October 15. Please note that guests must be at least 25 years of age to book at Tremblant Sunstar and must be present throughout the whole stay. Please note the following freebies for the summer 2018 season. -A panoramic gondola ride to the top of the highest peak in the Laurentians. From May 18 to October 14, 2018. -Free 1 hour tennis court rental at the André Lemaire Tennis académie -Free access to Parc National du Mont-Tremblant. -Free parking at your condo door (one vehicle)
